We operate out of Waterloo, Ontario where we have a showroom, customer service office, and warehouse. All of our staff are knowledgeable on our products and we have dedicated staff for customer service and technical advice. We can also assist you with parts and service advice on most other infrared sauna brands as we have an extensive parts inventory.

We can confidently say that we have over 1000 happy infrared sauna customers across Canada and that we can give you the proper recommendation based on your needs.
