It's simple: All Pure Saunas come with a 2 year warranty on the wood, heaters, sound system, control panels, and internal parts.
If you have any difficulty setting up your sauna or notice any problems, please call or email us with the details and we will help you resolve the issue.
We can normally trouble shoot any issue over the phone and if that does not solve the issue we can then determine if a part needs to be replaced. If the part is under warranty we will issue you a Warranty Claim number and ship the new part to you at no charge. Parts are normally shipped the following business day by Expedited parcel.
On occasion we may request you send digital pictures of the defective part before we ship the new part to you at no cost. We reserve the right to request that you ship the defective part back to us. The cost of shipping any parts for warranty claims back to our store is the responsibility of the customer. If the part was defective in material or workmanship we will fix or replace the part and have it shipped back to you at our expense.
The warranty does not cover
- Transfer of ownership: This warranty only extends to the original purchaser.
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal use, accidental damage, or improper installation
- Commercial use. Our saunas are for personal use only. We have many businesses that use our saunas but this is not covered under the warranty.
- Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement
- Replacement of the entire Sauna. This warranty extends only to repair or replace covered components proved to be defective in material or workmanship.
Things to consider
Buying a sauna should be a fun and worry free experience. We know you may feel overwhelmed and a bit confused by the negative comments on other websites so send us an email or give us a call and we would be happy to answer any of your questions about our warranty.
Companies who offer a "Lifetime Warranty":
- Charge you to ship every warranty claim back to them. Then charge you to ship the item from them back to you. Usually this cost alone is more then just buying the new part locally or from another company.
- Our warranty parts are shipped free of charge.
- Check their prices, as they are usually higher since they are charging you for this warranty.
- Our prices will be significantly lower and our warranty has you fully covered.
- May not actually have the parts!
- We offer a full selection of parts for our models. So if the company you purchased your sauna from is now out of business and your lifetime warranty has no more life, we will do our best to help you out with parts for your sauna.
- Do not account for technology improvements and current parts and components not being available or even produced 5,10, 20 years from now.
- Our warranty is not misleading. We know technology changes and we keep components in stock for a minimum of 2 years to handle any issue you may have.
