My wife and I wish to thank you all for the excellent service received on the 7th of June while picking up a sauna package. We did not expect the whole store staff to help but it sure was appreciated. We were in the camper van and drove to Port Elgin where we began what was an easy experience putting together this two person unit. Every thing was well finished, properly constructed and a pleasure to erect. I think kudos should go to the Chinese quality control system and personnel as I am familiar with the errors that can happen in a woodworking factory. We have been using the sauna each evening for 30 minutes at 50C and love it.
